I purchased an Odyssey PC-625 from AC Spruce on August 5, 2022. It failed less than a year later. I followed ACS warranty instructions. It has now been 7 weeks since making the warranty submission. No adjustment has been made. ACS did not respond to my last request for an update. I give up!

This battery is an exact replacement for a battery that is 11 years old. The old battery would sit unused from mid November till mid May without being recharged or float charged. Every spring and all summer it started every time.
